Amateur Boxing is a combat sport in which two individuals, wearing protective gloves and headgear, learn the noble art of self-defense using their hands. Participants will be taught essential skills such as footwork and pad work to develop agility, impressive fitness, and core strength. They will also have the opportunity to learn how to throw, dodge, block, and weave punches in a light, controlled environment. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) promotes the idea that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a larger, stronger assailant by utilizing proper technique and leverage. Thai Boxing
